Booking Policies

The appointment timing is an estimated timing, but we will do our best to adhere to your chosen timing.

This is not a confirmed booking, our staff will contact you to confirm your eligibility.
During Booking

Upon booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you. This email can only be used for the package indicated.
Reschedule Booking

If feeling unwell, please contact the respective clinics to reschedule your appointment.
Screening Day

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment for registration. You will need to present the confirmation email upon registration at the clinic, together with your NRIC or other identification documents.

The entire screening process may take up to 30 minutes.

Payments will be made in the clinic, if applicable.
Subsidies for Free Nationally Recommended Vaccinations
Healthier SG (HSG)-enrolled Singapore Citizens

Nationally recommended vaccinations under the National Adult Immunisation Schedule (NAIS) will be fully subsidised at the enrolled HSG clinic, for eligibile patient.

CHAS Subsidies

Those aged 65 years and above are recommended to get influenza vaccinations and are eligible for CHAS subsidies.

Individuals who are 18-64 years old and have any of the following conditions or indications are eligible for CHAS subsidies:
⚬ Chronic disorders of the pulmonary or cardiovascular systems, including asthma;
⚬ Requires medical follow-up or hospitalisation due to chronic metabolic diseases (including diabetes mellitus), renal, neurologic, hepatic, or haematologic disorders;
⚬ Immunosuppression (including immunosuppression caused by medications, HIV or other immunodeficiencies);
⚬ Persons aged 18 years (as well as those below 18 years under the NCIS) who are receiving long-term aspirin therapy and therefore might be at risk for developing Reye syndrome after influenza infection;
⚬ Women at all stages of pregnancy; or
⚬ Persons receiving Intermediate and Long Term Care (ILTC) services.
Influenza vaccination is recommended annually or per season for all adults as the best way to prevent infection with the influenza virus, but only those with the above criteria would be eligible for subsidies.
