Tele-ART is a supervised self-test ART done at the comfort of your own home, our supervisor will be overseeing and guiding you through virtual video call.
Pre-Event testers and Pre-departure travellers are eligible for Supervised-ART. For inbound travellers, you would require to be a Singapore Citizen, Permanent Resident or Work Pass Holder to be eligible.
*Do note that you are responsible to ensure your destination country accepts ART results for entry requirements.
Our Notarised Result is available for $15.
*For any Re-Notarised Digital Health Certificate service, there will be a $10 charge.
You will receive your results within 1 to 2 hours after your test via your Healthhub or TraceTogether and also an email with your Notarised Digital Health Certificate.
Our supervisor will try to contact you for pre-arrangement of the virtual video call details, if there are any issues we will give you a Whatsapp Video Call from the phone number you have provided or via email.
Each session will be around 30 minutes including the 15 minutes waiting time for your results.
1) For Pre-Event Testing, results will be valid for 24 hours.
2) For Inbound Travellers, the ART test result is valid for 48 hours.
3) For Pre-departure Testers, the ART test result is based on your country of travel's testing window requirements. e.g. 48 to 72 hours.

Yes, any travellers inbounding to Singapore from any country can now fulfil their COVID-19 test requirements through our Virtual Supervised Antigen Rapid Test (Tele-ART).
As of 5 April, MOH has updated the regulations for Pre-departure testing to include remote Supervised ART for residents and work pass holders returning to Singapore. Click here for more information.
You will be required to repeat the test. Our supervisor will give you a set of instructions to follow, to repeat the steps using the back-up test kit.
If your result comes out as positive, do self-isolate at home or in your hotel for the next 72 hours.
Afterwards, take another test.
If negative, you may resume your normal activities.
If you are unwell, do consult the clinic for a physical consultation.
