Conducted entirely from the comfort and discretion of your home, this screening covers essential tests for sexual health, ensuring confidential sample collection and professional handling by our medical team. This screening includes a Tele-review of results. It includes vital signs measurement such as Blood Pressure Measurement. Cancellation Policy
1. Appointment Confirmation & Payment --Full payment must be made and verified before we confirm your appointment slot and dispatch our medical team to your location. --Unpaid booking requests will remain unconfirmed and subject to availability. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations --Rescheduling: Please notify us at least 12 hours in advance if you need to change your appointment date or time. --Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 12 hours prior to the appointment are eligible for a refund or credit. Cancellations made on the day of the appointment may incur a small administrative or transport fee. 3. Preparation Guidelines --Fasting Status: Please check your specific package instructions. If a non-fasting option is selected, a light meal is permitted, but please refrain from consuming alcohol prior to your screening. --Access & Readiness: Please ensure a clean, well-lit space with a table or flat surface is available for our nurse/medical team to set up equipment and draw samples safely. 4. Arrival Window --While appointments are booked for a specific time slot, please allow a buffer window of 30 to 45 minutes for our team to arrive, accounting for traffic and travel between home visits. 5. Staff Safety & Verification --For the safety and security of both our patients and staff, our medical team may wear body-worn recording devices during home visits. All footage is handled strictly in accordance with personal data protection regulations. --Our staff will always carry official identification and wear proper Etern Medical uniforms for easy verification before entering your home.
