Terms and Conditions - Home Screenings

1. Booking & Payment Policies

Instant Online Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot. Unpaid bookings remain unconfirmed.
Individual Bookings: Each booking slot is strictly for an individual patient. For family or multiple screenings, separate consecutive slots must be booked.

2. Appointment Timing & Arrival Window

Estimated Timing: Appointment slots serve as a targeted schedule. While we strive to be punctual, please allow a 30 to 45-minute arrival window for our medical team to travel to your location, accounting for traffic and conditions across Singapore.
Patient Readiness: Please ensure the patient is present and ready at the designated location at the start of the arrival window.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Notice Period: Please notify us at least 12 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your home screening appointment.
Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations or changes made on the day of the appointment may incur a transport or administrative fee to account for the dispatched team.

4. Home Visit & Preparation Requirements

Patient Eligibility & Verification: Patients must present valid identification (NRIC or Passport) for identity verification and lab registration upon the nurse's arrival.
Environment & Access: Please provide a clean, well-lit flat surface or table for our medical team to safely set up equipment. Please also provide clear location or parking instructions (e.g., HDB/Condo block and lift landing details) during booking.
Dietary Instructions: For non-fasting packages, a light meal is permitted, but please refrain from consuming alcohol prior to the screening.

5. Staff Safety & Security

For the security and protection of both patients and our medical staff, our team may utilize body-worn recording devices during home visits. All footage is handled strictly under personal data protection guidelines.
Our staff will always arrive in official Etern Medical uniforms and carry staff identification for verification before entering your premises.

6. Results & Follow-Up

Results and tele-reviews will be coordinated following the completion of your laboratory tests. If further physical examination is deemed necessary by the doctor, you may be advised to head down to the clinic.
