Booking Policies

The appointment timing is an estimated timing, but we will do our best to adhere to your chosen timing.

The package is non-transferrable.

Not valid with other corporate programs or other government programs.

Our clinic is not responsible for any loss or unauthorized use of the medical checkup booking.
During Booking
-
Upon booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you. This email can only be used for the package indicated.
Reschedule Booking

If feeling unwell, please contact the respective clinics to reschedule your appointment.
Screening Day
-
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment for registration. You will need to present the confirmation email upon registration at the clinic, together with your NRIC or other identification documents and Medical Form.

The entire screening process may take up to 30 minutes.

All payments will be made in the clinic.

*If a Chest X-ray is required, let our staff know and we will refer you to our partnered radiology centres/polyclinics.
*Let our staff know if your COVID-19 vaccination records are required to be updated in the National Immunisation Registry (NIR).
Collection of Results (6ME Screening)

Once the ICA medical form is filled up, our nurses will iSubmit the medical form for you to MOM.

After submitting the results, employers will receive an SMS notification from our clinic to collect the physical copy.
Review of Result
-
Results will be ready in 3 - 5 working days, our staff will contact you for review of results.
