Booking Policies

The appointment timing is an estimated timing, but we will do our best to adhere to your chosen timing.

The package is non-transferable.

Not valid with other corporate programs or other government programs.

Our clinic is not responsible for any loss or unauthorized use of the medical checkup booking.

Vaccinations are subject to availability, our clinic staff will contact you to schedule the timing.

Certain Vaccinations are required for pre-booking 3 days in advance, our clinic staff will contact you to schedule the timing.

During Booking
-
Upon booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you. This email can only be used for the package indicated.
Reschedule Booking
-
If feeling unwell, please contact the respective clinics to reschedule your appointment.
Screening Day
-
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment for registration. You will need to present the confirmation email upon registration at the clinic, together with your NRIC or other identification documents.

The entire screening process may take up to 30 minutes.

All payments will be made in the clinic.
Subsidies
Healthier SG (HSG)-enrolled Singapore Citizens
-
Nationally recommended vaccinations under the National Adult Immunisation Schedule (NAIS) will be fully subsidised at their enrolled HSG clinic.

CHAS Subsidies

Those aged 65 years and above are recommended to get vaccinations and are eligible for CHAS subsidies.

Influenza Vaccine
-
Individuals who are 18-64 years old and have any of the following conditions or indications are eligible for CHAS subsidies:
⚬ Chronic disorders of the pulmonary or cardiovascular systems, including asthma;
⚬ Requires medical follow-up or hospitalisation due to chronic metabolic diseases (including diabetes mellitus), renal, neurologic, hepatic, or haematologic disorders;
⚬ Immunosuppression (including immunosuppression caused by medications, HIV or other immunodeficiencies);
⚬ Persons aged 18 years (as well as those below 18 years under the NCIS) who are receiving long-term aspirin therapy and therefore might be at risk for developing Reye syndrome after influenza infection;
⚬ Women at all stages of pregnancy; or
⚬ Persons receiving Intermediate and Long Term Care (ILTC) services.
Influenza vaccination is recommended annually or per season for all adults as the best way to prevent infection with the influenza virus, but only those with the above criteria would be eligible for subsidies.
Pneumococcal Vaccination (pneumococcal conjugate 13-valent, PCV13)

Recommended and eligible for subsidies if the individual is aged 18-64 years old and has any of the following conditions:
-
Cochlear implant or cerebrospinal fluid leak;
-
Anatomic or functional asplenia (including conditions such as homozygous sickle cell disease and coeliac syndrome that may lead to splenic dysfunction); or
-
Immunosuppression (including immunosuppression caused by medications, HIV or other immunodeficiencies).

Pneumococcal vaccination (pneumococcal polysaccharide 23-valent, PPSV23)
-
Recommended and eligible for subsidies if the individual is aged 18-64 years old and has any of the following conditions:
-
Chronic pulmonary, cardiovascular, renal or liver disease, or diabetes mellitus;

Cochlear implant or cerebrospinal fluid leak;
-
Anatomic or functional asplenia (including conditions such as homozygous sickle cell disease and coeliac syndrome that may lead to splenic dysfunction); or
-
Immunosuppression (including immunosuppression caused by medications, HIV or other immunodeficiencies).

Sides Effects of Vaccine
Influenza Vaccine
Requires Immediate Medical Attention

Severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis) are rare and can happen within minutes to a few hours after vaccination.
-
The symptoms of a severe allergic reaction include one or more of the following:
-
Swollen face/eyes/lips/tongue
-
Difficulty in breathing
-
Itchy skin rashes over your whole body
-
If you experience any of these symptoms, you should inform your healthcare professional immediately.

Other Side Effects

Some people may feel faint after the vaccination
-
Sit for 15 minutes after receiving the vaccine to avoid fainting
-

Soreness, redness, or swelling at the injection site, slight headache, body aches or tiredness, fever
-
These side effects usually go away on its own within 2 to 3 days
-
You may take paracetamol to help to relieve the pain or fever
-
